We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, we appreciate that occasionally things do o wrong
Faulty items
If you find that a product is faulty or in some way defective, please contact us and be sure to include details and order number and the nature of the problem. We will then offer to refund/exchange/replace the item and refund any return postage cost incurred (following the issue of an RMA number by us and the subsequent receipt of the items at our offices. Postage charges will only be refunded to a reasonable value so it is important that you appropriately package any items you return to us to keep the weight down and send them 2nd class).
Returns, refunds and exchanges of non-faulty items
If you change your mind about an item you have purchased from us, you may return it unopened, unused and in resalable condition within 7 days for a refund of the cost of the item or for exchange minus a 10% administration charge. Any postage you paid in getting the item from us to you ans from you back to us is not included by this. We can only refund the costs of the goods. We will only accept returns with an RMA so please contact us first!
