Delivery Information

We ship all over the UK (excluding the Channel Islands). The cost of delivery is calculated on a weight basis and is shown below your shopping cart. Simply enter your postcode and you will see the shipping charge. Alternatively read further down this page for a breakdown.

We offer free delivery if you spend over a certain amount (depending on your location). Read below to find out more information.

We aim to get your order to you within 3-4 working days

The weight and value of your purchase will affect how much you will be charged for delivery, together with your location, calculated as below. To make life easy for you, there is a shipping calculator on the Shopping Cart page which will tell you how much you will be charged - meaning you don't have to wait until the very last part of the checkout process to find out, which we think is really annoying!

Depending on the weight and value of the purchase, your order will either be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or DHL. Where applicable, you will receive a tracking ID to help you track the delivery of your order. This information is emailed to you and there are also links in the 'My Account' pages.

Regardless of how your order is shipped, we will donate 10p from every order to the Woodland Trust in support of their long running tree planting scheme, aimed in part at mitigating against carbon emissions from delivery.

All the packaging used in sending your order is either recycled (including reused), recyclable or biodegradable.

For orders weighing less than 1.5kg

Orders where the products and packaging weigh less than 1.5kg will be shipped using Royal Mail. Orders valued below £20 are sent 1st Class and those over £20 are sent 1st Class Recorded. We want you to be able to get even the smallest items with reasonable postage charges and so have a weight scale that means small light items only cost you what it costs us to get the item to you. Remember that the shopping cart page will tell you what you will pay for shipping! Just look below the cart, enter your postcode (unless you are logged in already) and the postage charge will be shown.

For orders weighing more than 1.5kg

Orders weighing more than 1.5kg will be shipped using DHL and the amount charged for postage will vary with the value of your order and your location. Please look at the zone table below to decide where you reside. Again, the shopping cart page will tell you what you will pay for shipping as you go along
